When you report a new financial interest and have sponsored projects or IRB protocols, you must complete a Project-specific Disclosure within your COI report. The project-specific disclosure will help determine whether there is a relationship between this financial interest and any of your research activities. Please use the instructions below to complete your project-specific disclosure.
RASS will send you an email requesting that you complete a project-specific disclosure. You can either follow the link to the project-specific disclosure from the email or your RASS task list.
- On the Relatedness for SFI page, select Yes or No for each project to indicate if there is a relationship between it and your financial interest.
- If you answer No,
- Click Submit for each row.
- You will receive a message that your project-specific disclosure has been submitted.
- If you answer Yes,
- Complete the Relatedness Questionnaire.
- Provide your Attestation to confirm that your COI report is complete and true.
- Click Submit.
