If you are serving as a conflict manager for your department, you will have access to the management plans within RASS. To locate a management plan in RASS, go to Search Management Plans from the COI menu at the top of the screen.
Use the filter search to locate a management plan. For example, search by Reporter to narrow the search results to a specific person. Click Search.
Locate the management plan. Click the Download button to download a copy for your records.
