You can create a new animal profile.
Cage cards are added to RASS from Cayuse overnight. This schedule may result in a cage card not being available in RASS when a health case is needed for that animal. If this occurs, you need to create a new animal profile before adding a health case.
1. Go to the Vet Care module and select Create a New Animal Profile from the menu.
2. Input the required information on the Get Started page and click Continue.
Note: Required information is indicated with a red asterisk * or red text if incomplete upon clicking continue.
3. Once the animal profile is created, you can proceed to adding the Health Case. See: Create a Health Case.
